Blue Planet Run program was recently named as a finalist for the PR Week awards, “Global Campaign of the Year.” Last year, Kaplow went up against major global PR firms to pitch and win this business. Not only did Kaplow secure the account, our mid-sized NYC-based agency delivered an amazing campaign that touched 16 countries in nearly 100 days. The Blue Planet Run Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to raising awareness and funds for safe drinking water projects across the globe, sent twenty runners on a 24/7 relay-style run that covered 15,000 miles over 16 countries in 95 days. Kaplow stayed in step the entire way sending members of our team on the run, while managing global media efforts from our New York Headquarters. Kaplow created the Kaplow Global Network, a team of best-in-class partners, in 11 countries across Europe and Asia to amplify the safe drinking water message.
