This past weekend, Kaplow had the privilege of being one of the founding sponsors of the inaugural Social Media Weekend at Columbia University’s Journalism School.
Yesterday afternoon, just moments after the three-day event ended, we had the opportunity to get a brief interview with Sree Sreenivasan, the Columbia Journalism School professor and Dean of Student Affairs who had put together this great event with a number of amazing volunteers.
We asked him what he thought the biggest things were that brands need to do related to social media engagement and what types of content brands need to create to be relevant and engaging.
